Delivery Options: We offer three different service deliver and pricing options. Positions at a VP level and below are serviced through our contingency recruitment model. We charge a percentage of the total first year guaranteed compensation. This includes base salary and sign on bonus. You are only invoiced when the candidate accepts the job. No fee unless we perform! For positions at an SVP level or above, we charge an up-front retainer. The remainder of the fee is invoiced at the conclusion of the search. This is our engaged search model. We compete head to head with traditional retained search firms at a lower cost and with faster results. Lastly, if you need the expertise of a professional recruiter for only a portion of the search, we also offer an hourly contract recruiting model.

We Partner with FoxHire for the delivery of HR Contractors. APG Search provides the recruiting and FoxHire becomes the employer of record. RPO for small and Medium Size Companies

Our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solution is specifically designed for small and mid-size companies that do not have a robust internal recruiting function. This is a collaborative outsourcing solution designed to supplement and partner with internal HR teams. Our recruitment solution is an hourly recruitment option where all team members will log their time via a mobile time keeping application that will provide actual time spent, providing highly accurate labor cost per hire data.

All team members are employees of Atlantic Pacific Group. All benefits, insurance and other burden costs are handled by APG Search. All direction for work performed will be given by the management team of APG Search insuring that there is no potential risk of co-employment issues typically associated with long term 1099 contractors.
